What does HEAPETS AirPure™ help capture?
HEAPETS AirPure™ is designed to help capture airborne pet hair, dander, everyday dust and other particles that pass through its filtration system. Its activated-carbon layer also helps reduce common household and pet odors.
How does the filtration system work?
Air passes through a pet pre-filter, an H13 HEPA filter and an activated-carbon layer. The pre-filter collects larger debris such as pet hair, while the inner filtration layers target finer airborne particles and unwanted odors.
Where should I place the purifier?
Place it on a stable, level surface near the pet spaces you use most, such as a living room, bedroom or pet area. Leave adequate open space around the air intakes and outlet, and always follow the placement guidance in the included instructions.
When should I use Pet Mode?
Pet Mode is useful during periods of increased shedding or when you want stronger air circulation around frequently used pet spaces. Select the appropriate setting based on your room and everyday needs.
Can I use it while I sleep?
Yes. Sleep Mode is designed for quieter nighttime operation with reduced display brightness, helping the purifier fit more comfortably into a bedroom routine.
How do I clean the washable pre-filter?
Remove the pre-filter according to the included instructions and clear away collected pet hair and dust. Clean and dry it only as directed, and make sure it is completely dry before reinstalling it.
Is the main H13 HEPA filter washable?
No. Do not wash the main H13 HEPA filter unless the official care instructions supplied with your exact unit explicitly state otherwise. Only the designated washable pre-filter should be cleaned and reused.
How often should I check the filter?
Check the pre-filter regularly, especially in homes with multiple pets or heavy shedding. Filter-care frequency depends on usage, room conditions and the amount of pet hair collected.
Is it suitable for both cats and dogs?
